Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made or special-order furniture
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Gift cards or promotional items
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if applicable)
- Wait for our team to confirm your return eligibility and provide instructions
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- FURNIDECOR HUB LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage (product and packaging)
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
