1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended

Note: Furniture and large items may require additional delivery time or freight handling, and may arrive in separate shipments.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
- You can track your shipment status through the carrier’s website or your account dashboard
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
We will do our best to notify you if your order is delayed beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for reshipment at your expense

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
